Is Space Age Fashion Eyewear coming back? What is the deal with the tie back ribbons? I saw the Satu Maaranen eyewear collection, who combined a couple of vintage and unusual looks for Spring Summer 2015. The front has the large, round and white on trend look, but then combined it with a fabric/ribbon temple or tie back. You can take the accessorizing ribbon and make a big bow, tie it anyway you like. The Space Age look comes from the Aleuts or the Space Age Fashion look popularized by Andre Courrages in the 1960’s.
